Flaming Gorge example

I have a sister – in – law from Utah- who said her parent went through this kind of experience with their leased vacation property in Utah.  If I remember correctly, the lease holders made a group and were successful in not allowing the state to raise their lease fees.  I am not sure where you would find that kind of legal history- but it may be helpful if there is some precident set in another state ?

The area the property was leased was inear Flaming Gorge, Maniila Utah.
