Montana State Leaseholders Association, LLC
The Montana State Leaseholders Association, LLC has been established.
I will get the tax ID # today and open the account tomorrow on behalf of the LLC. I’ll open it with my $100.00 contribution, then folks can start sending their contributions to my law office for the LLC. If need be, I can out receipts if contributors so like. As for electing officers, those contributing to the LLC should provide nominations as to whom they would like appointed. We can then summarize the list and send it out to all of the contributors for a vote. The then electing officers/management team can establish rules for annual dues, budgeting, etc. In the meantime, I’m acting as the LLC’s sole manager, just open to collecting the contributions, and I guess in the interim, paying Ron Waterman’s bill(s) for services. I don’t want to get too far out for too long without some sort of management team/board in place so the contributors know they are being represented by their elected representatives, not some self anoited attorney leader. I’ll send you an email regarding the bank account so you have the proof to share with leaseholders who then can feel secure in making their contributions for the benefit of the LLC.

If you wish to have a confirmed receipt of your contributions, please include your email address and I will forward to you an electronic confirmation from my office that I have indeed received your contribution. Requested contributions from each Leaseholder is $100.
The purpose and use of the contributions is to fund legal expenses for retaining Ron Waterman, Esq. to represent us as a group and like expenses for the benefit of the contributing leaseholders.
